The Grass is Always Greener…
Spring is the perfect time to embrace fresh perspectives and new beginnings. Our latest launch, 'The Grass is Always Greener' Collection, is a tribute to the power of renewal and the energy that comes with stepping into the new season.
In the past we have made donations to different no-profit organizations for Soil regeneration, coral reef renewal and tree planting. But after this years devastating Los Angeles fires we felt called to go direct to the carbon sequestering masters...TREES! Specifically the 'work horses' of Oxygen production in the rainforest of Costa Rica. We are teamed up with a small non-profit organization in Costa Rica that offers full transparency to see where the donations are going and their expert initiative of reforesting some of the wolds most important rainforests. A percentage of all sales will go toward tree-planting and reforestation efforts—it is the heart of true Self-sustainability....taking care of our Home, Earth.
Note: The average tropical tree sequesters a minimum of 50 lbs or 22.6 kg of carbon each year. The size and growth rate of each individual tree coupled with its specific density of biomass determines how much CO2 is pulled from the atmosphere and stored.
